We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our forms — your first name, last name and email address, and, on forms offering an optional SMS choice, your phone number and explicit Yes/No consent response — along with standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
When you voluntarily submit your name and email address through a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form for our webinar, Meta transmits the information you submit to Future Management & Financial Service LLC and its customer relationship management (CRM) and email service providers. We use this information for webinar registration, webinar access, reminders and related educational communications disclosed in the form. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Name-and-email-only forms remain available and do not collect SMS consent. Forms offering optional webinar SMS collect name, email and phone number with a separate, explicit Yes/No SMS choice. Meta transmits those submitted details and the consent response to us and the service providers needed to process the registration and messaging choice.
Submitting an Instant Form is separate from website Meta Pixel tracking. The information you choose to submit through that form is transmitted by Meta; the website pixel and its cookie choices are described below.
When you submit a registration form, we use your name and email address for the webinar emails and related educational communications disclosed in that form. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing futuretaxsoftware@gmail.com.
Where a form offers a separate SMS choice, only explicitly choosing Yes authorizes automated webinar registration updates and reminders from Future Management & Financial Service LLC. Providing a phone number or registering alone is not SMS consent; choosing No does not authorize texts. This consent does not cover broader promotional SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or free webinar registration.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this business — such as our customer relationship platform, email provider and payment processor — and only as needed to deliver what you requested, or where required by law.
Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Necessary messaging service providers may process this data only to deliver the requested messaging service.
We use essential cookies and storage so sign-up forms, checkout and site security work. We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits, page views and confirmed webinar sign-ups from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to improve ad delivery. We do not send your name or email to Meta through the pixel. Every visitor is asked first, and the pixel stays off unless they accept. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” in the site footer; we keep a record of your choice and when you made it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing futuretaxsoftware@gmail.com. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
